We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Marketing & Leasing Associate for the marketing and leasing of our retail space offerings. Candidates should be knowledgeable of the leasing process for retail space and have background in marketing - i.e., creating flyers/brochures, creating email blasts, etc. Candidate will locate leads via phone, email & visits to potential tenants, be responsible for maintaining prospect/lead lists, follow-up on daily/weekly basis with leads and to become familiar with company's real estate offerings. Must be able to become self-sufficient and work diligently to create the groundwork for signing leases.
