Our latest & greatest project is the Adventure Crossing USA Project in Jackson, New Jersey - a multi-phase Sports & Entertainment complex, also featuring retail and housing.

Overview

For more than 35 years, Cardinale Enterprises has established a track record of excellence by developing, marketing, managing and investing in retail properties and mixed-use developments throughout the Northeast.

With the main office located in Ocean County, New Jersey the company is led by Vito F. Cardinale and his partners, Frank Mozino, Nicholas Ponzio & Randy Johnson.

To date, Cardinale Enterprises has developed a portfolio of over 3,000 acres of commercial and residential real estate, and manages more commercial property in New York and New Jersey. Our portfolio includes open-air shopping centers, office, and medical space in an environment that focuses on architectural design and landscape. The company is currently planning the development, construction and management of an additional 1,000,000 square feet of commercial space in the tri-state area, including a brain research center and a new shopping center.

History and Corporate Structure:

Since establishing Cardinale Enterprises in 1983, Vito F. Cardinale has successfully steered the growth of the company. The firm has expanded its expertise in the packaging of real estate transactions for third-party development by undertaking the construction of commercial properties for its own real estate portfolio. Nearly fifteen years ago, Cardinale relocated its base of operations from Staten Island, N.Y., to Red Bank, N.J. - and then to Ocean County, N.J., and began focusing on the development of premier mixed-use community centers in New Jersey. The founders’ entrepreneurial spirit and progressive vision has become a blueprint for the firm’s continuing success.

Cardinale employs a talented staff of in-house professionals who are driven by a passion for quality and a dedication to performance. The management team has more than 100 years of combined experience in the industry. Cardinale Enterprises also has formed joint venture partnerships with companies who are leaders in their industries.

Community Involvement:

Mr. Cardinale is a philanthropist whose recent generous donation to CentraState Hospital in Freehold, N.J., supported the expansion of the Linda E. Cardinale Multiple Sclerosis Center. The LEC MS center provides diagnosis and continuing care for over 3,000 patients with Multiple Sclerosis. His reach of community involvement & charitable contributions reaches a wide array of interests, with a focus on children's charities & MS causes - including Board Member of the Shore Builders Associates, Jersey Shore Boy Scouts, Monmouth 200 Club, and many more.
