Director of Events & Marketing

The Director of events will oversee all event planning for the different areas within the dome and building. They will be responsible for maintaining a client database and marketing for new clientele. Must have the ability to handle an event booking from first inquiry until the execution of the event. Will oversee the marketing and sales team. Must be able to coordinate with the Director of Food and Beverage on event food packages, timing of the kitchen and preparation of the overall success of the event. Must be creative, motivated and diligent with time management. Should be able to utilize a CRM program for event planning. 3-5 years of similar event management experience is a must.

Director of Operations

 **Job Opportunity: Multifaceted Candidate Wanted for Real Estate Development, Property Management, Construction, Office Bookkeeping & Leasing

Are you a dynamic, highly organized professional with experience across real estate development, property management, construction, office bookkeeping, and leasing?

**Position**: Director of Operations

**Location**: Jackson Township (Ocean County, New Jersey) **MUST BE WITHIN 50 MILES OF OUR JACKSON LOCATION 

Responsibilities:

Real Estate Development: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of development projects, as well as purchase and sales. Throughout the stages of development, Candidate must stay familiar with, and in some cases. execute certain quarterly/annual requirements, including filings and renewals.

Construction: Support construction projects by managing timelines, budgets, and contractor relations. Follow up and track progress of various projects, keeping them on time with reporting, as needed. Prepare and process payment request with lender(s).

Office Bookkeeping: As a liaison to the accountant, oversee financial record-keeping, including accounts payable/receivable, budgeting. Candidate should be solely responsible for invoicing of rent and CAM Reconciliation administration - as well as invoicing for Company's fees. Oversee reconciliation of various escrow accounts, bank accounts, bonds, deposit accounts, etc.

Leasing: Manage leasing operations, including tenant sourcing, marketing, lease negotiations, preparation of leases/plans/amendments and renewals.

**Future Position**: Property Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and efficient maintenance with administration of property related contracts, repair requests and other tenant/property related matters. Maintain rent roll, various types of insurance and inspection schedules.  

Requirements:

- Proven experience in real estate development, property management, construction, office bookkeeping, and leasing.

- Strong knowledge of building coded, tenant laws, and lease agreements.

- Proficient in accounting software and office tools (Excel, Yardi, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks).

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

- Strong problem - solving skills and attention to detail.
