Duvi

A distinctly energetic and visionary entrepreneur, Duvi Honig has built a world class network of diverse businesses and biz services to enhance prospects of commerce, Education and Job Creation through innovative programs and public policy initiatives. His work is based upon a down to earth understanding of the economy.

Following the 2008 recession, Duvi built a world class network to enhance commerce, education and job creation through innovative programs and public policy initiatives. He ultimately founded the Wall Street based Orthodox Jewish Chamber of Commerce, which is a globally revered business and public policy powerhouse. The Chamber today encompasses tens of thousands of diverse businesses and fourteen divisions, including the annual J Biz Expo and Business Conference, the largest event of its kind.

Duvi effectively utilizes the power of commerce and these networks to unite and empower people of all backgrounds, and influence public policy at the local, state, federal and international levels. His work was recognized by both President Obama and President Trump and, in 2016, he was honored by a bipartisan group of Senators in the Capitol.

Duvi envisioned the empowerment that a government designated “Economic Development Day” can bring. Upon his initiative, his home state of New Jersey became the first in the nation to do so, with unanimous support from the Governor and legislators and the Governor acknowledging Duvi with a proclamation. During the Coronavirus pandemic, Duvi was alone in correctly predicting the 30% stock market crash, as he has many previous major economic events. NJ Governor Murphy tapped Duvi to his Coronavirus Restart and Recovery Advisory Council, in which he advocated for small and midsize businesses and helped shape the Governor’s reopening policies.

Duvi has a particular interest in U.S.-Israel economic ties, protecting the world from threats such as BDS, business discrimination and UN antisemitism. The Orthodox Jewish Chamber of Commerce has been recognized by leading Israeli Ministers and Members of Knesset and it leads prominent “U.S.-Israel Business Alliance” missions to Israel, as well as hosts Expos & Conferences to help stimulate Job Creation and Business development between both countries.

Duvi was recognized in Washington DC, By The US Labor Department for bringing about a crucial policy change starting 2021 that opens federal job training grants to fund job training programs run by small and midsize community-based organizations across the country helping all communities and Chamber of Commerces stimulate job creation throughout the United States.
