Established in 1981, Cardinale Enterprises’ main objective was to acquire new properties, develop residential and commercial raw land, and to re-develop existing residential and commercial real estate properties. As our company’s expansion continues, we have taken on Commercial Property Management as well.

Some of the areas that we target for are New Jersey, New York, and Florida to include residential properties, industrial properties, drug store sites and other development opportunities. With the continued widespread in population within these markets, there has been a constant demand for the building of these entities. There are many factors that affect the selection of elite properties. The candidates are researched thoroughly by our skilled management and research departments. Once the property is acquired, we carefully utilize the acclamatory conditions for which will assist our demand by Tenants and future buyers. 

Each property is unique and gains it’s own identity. Through careful management, our property’s goals are maximized. We then set out with a careful plan of action to obtain the goals specific to that property. Some of these entities are kept for brief periods under a year simply with the realization of appreciated assets, while others are owned for an extended time frame to assure that the new developments have had an adequate time frame to mature and cumulated an equitable profit. years to assure that new developments have matured sufficiently to garner an equitable profit. 

Raw land, Apartments, Office structures, and Industrial sites will be considered in the commercial real estate grouping. To be considered, the properties must meet specific criteria depending on the type of land/entity it is. Please see below for specific details that we require:

Shopping Centers

  • Sturdy Retail Centers with proven stability

  • Good to excellent visibility

  • Minimum of 50,000 square feet. No maximum size requirement

  • Redevelopment and/or re-tentanting opportunities are considered in well located areas

  • Will consider locations which have short term remaining on leases

Apartment Complexes

  • 50 units or more

  • The possibility of Converting to Condominium Sales

Industrial Properties

  • These sites are required to be on the border of any Industrial Zone in order to be rezoned and converted to Housing/Condominium Sites or Retail 

  • Tenants remaining in place while getting authorizations and going through the process of purchase

Drug Store Sites

  • Minimum of 1.5 acres

  • Location on a Powerful Corner with street lights

Development Opportunities

  • Either raw land or approved project sites

  • Development opportunities for all types of properties listed above

  • Will consider joint venture possibilities
